The building is in great condition, very beautiful, excellent common areas, friendly staff, super clear instructions, the owner super attentive to arrival, entry and organization, the management of the entire apartment is very easy, cozy and with a nice view.

Everything in general was great, the apartment meets all expectations, it is very complete, it has everything you need, very comfortable and cozy, plus a unique view, I would definitely return without thinking twice. The detail of breakfast by Claudia undoubtedly demonstrates her great commitment and kindness to maintaining excellent service.

The room is lovely! It's really clean and well thought-out and such a calming space to relax in. The building itself is great too: brand new, just a stone’s throw from Playa Cabo Tortuga, with two pools and incredibly friendly staff. We also really enjoyed the quiet location outside the city. We loved it so much we ended up extending our stay by another week!
